Define, structure and execute initiatives and work closely with key BU and Functional Leaders to ensure initiatives lead to a definable impact and become ingrained in the overall organization. Use fact-based analytics and strategic insights to help drive cross-business unit initiatives focused primarily on increasing Cognizant revenues and margins.
