We are currently looking for two PGS BI Project Managers / BAs. The main assignment is to represent the branch in the Europe, Middle East, and Asia regions. Business Intelligence Project Manager / Business Analyst Tasks • In depth understanding of all the Power Generation Services DWHs/Reporting Solutions – CS, FS, ICAM, O&M, Pacing, Hyperion Planning, etc. • Communicate these to the European business teams and stakeholders • Provide training/demos on reporting solutions and functionality to the European teams • Get feedback from the European teams and work with the Project/Program Manager for that specific DWH to incorporate the region requirements Requirements • Business Process Engineering (>5 years), • Business Analysis (>5 years), • Cognos Reporting/Query/Analysis Studio development and support (>3 years), • Informatica ETL and modeling (>2 years), • Extensive (>1 yr) data analysis and process support in either Contractual Services, Power Services or Parts and Repairs; • Skilled resources who are proven self-starters and very experienced working completely remotely; • Skilled resources who have extensive experience leading and managing similar projects and who can proactively engage clients, work through roadblocks and barriers to achieve results; • Excellent communication and business engagement skills; • Skilled data analysts with extensive reporting life cycle experience; • Technical and business process documentation skills.
