View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/phJIMG Job Description: •Coordinate the execution of the monthly reporting process, quarterly forecast and annual planning processes, ensuring due dates are achieved and key deliverables are submitted. •Lead the Directors of Finance and other Finance representatives in the preparation of monthly reports, quarterly forecasts and annual plans. •Collaborate across Business Units to develop plans/forecasts and ensure alignment with overall firm objectives. •Provide overall functional support to the Finance community on planning/forecasting tools and processes. •Consolidate and analyze quarterly forecasts and annual plans for Executive Committee, Board Member and Executive Management reporting purposes. •Manage a standardized reporting process across the firm and prepare monthly analysis of operating results for management. •Formalize the monthly reporting process, quarterly forecast and annual planning process through the development of a centralized calendar of events and milestones. •Develop and implement planning and forecasting instructions, policies and procedures across the firm. •Work with Finance team members to develop financial models specific to each Business Unit. •Prepare ad-hoc analysis to assist in business decision support. •Identify and assist in the development and implementation of best practices to finance processes and procedures. Qualifications: •Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience. CPA or MBA a plus. •Work experience of 5 to 7 years in a Financial Management role. •Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint. •Experience with a third party financial planning/software and experience in an integrated forecasting environment is desired. •Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. •Strong organization, time management, and oral/written communication skills. •Attention to detail and quality. •Strong problem solving skills. •Desire to take ownership of processes and improve them."
