Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Application Information Security Manager – Hartford, CT Don Cornell posted a job: Application Information Security Manager – Hartford, CT "Responsibilities: Strategic Support -Lead design, development and implementation of enterprise global security strategy. -Lead the information security application governance process, including application development standard work, application access controls, and export compliance. -Manage IT application security policies, procedures and guidelines; proactively monitor and enforce application development compliance. -Provide security communication, awareness and training. -Consult with IT staff to ensure that security is factored into the evaluation, selection, installation and configuration of application hardware, applications and software. -Develop a strong working relationship across the enterprise to develop and implement controls and configurations aligned with security policies and legal, export, regulatory and audit requirements. Operational Support -Manage/oversee the execution of current ERP JD Edwards security policies, processes and access controls. -Ensure IT application security compliance - design, coordinate and oversee security testing procedures, audit trails, system logs and other monitoring data sources to verify the security of applications. Manage the remediation of identified risks. - Provide expert guidance on application security, export and audit related matters. -Monitor and report on application compliance with IT security policies. -Manage and coordinate operational components of Export compliance investigations relative to IT applications.
