One of our client looking for the below mentioned position. Position: HR Business partner Total experience: 2 to 3 yrs Job description: The Role holder should have 2- 3 years of experience and at least a year in Business HR activities. The role would require the member to have good communication skills and be high on creative thinking. The role would have a dual reporting to the OD Head and Business PF Head Responsibilities: As an R&R specialist, the role holder would be involved in: Leading and managing strategic and/or operational initiatives which extend the reach to employees across organization, compliance and transformation of Rewards and recognition to the deserving employees. Interfacing with the Biz PF teams to measure the effectiveness of R&R in their groups by assessing the current strategies, analyzing recommendations, and implementation of solutions. Providing significant involvement and expertise in R&R policy that is cross functional and organizational such as integrating and spreading positive vibes amongst employees through recognition programs. Researching and presenting innovative ideas in the area of specialization Networking with external members to identify new practices in the industry Program Managing and organizing the awards nomination and short listing process for prestigious awards such as Chairman’s Award, Team Half Yearly, Citizens Award Conducting focused group sessions to garner feedback from Company Minds on the R&R Practices in Company Coordinating with the HR Operations team in selection of the mode of recognition (Plaques, certificates etc) Branding R&R activities and programs on an ongoing basis As a Business PF member for Orchard, the role holder would be involved in: The role holder would be responsible for all People Function activities for Campus Hires during their tenure in Orchard The PF member would be involved in assimilation into People processes and policies in Company, administering disciplinary procedures like Absenteeism, Misconduct, address employee grievances The role would be responsible to proactively communicate common queries such as relocation, travel reimbursement and build a rapport with the Campus Minds to ensure they are well settled. The Orchard PF member would be responsible for publishing and driving the engagement calendar which would be a combination of fun at work activities and involvement in other organizational initiatives Prepare and present periodic MIS and Reports based on business requirements. The role would need a constant interface to be maintained with PALs and C2 to understand what are the possible issues/ concerns/ suggestions being raised/ voiced.
