"Hiring a Lead UI Software Engineer in Santa Clara, CA An Urgent  Full Time opening  for a Lead UI  Software Engineer at Santa Clara ,CA. Position: Lead UI  Software Engineer  Position Summary We are looking for an exceptionally talented hands-on Lead Engineer to play a key role in development and management of grounds up & exciting new architectural platform, based on Hadoop. The Lead UI Engineer is responsible for managing, developing and implementing a new user interface for Marketing Automation and Business Process Automation on a SaaS productResponsibilities• Manage a team of distributed UI engineers• Design and implement user interface and presentation • Define and write client facing features and workflow• Work with user experience designer, in taking the  designs and implement them• Integrate with application services layer• Drive end-to-end quality with effective automation of unit level, component and system level testingRequirements• Minimum qualification of Bachelor of Science in computer science or equivalent degree.• 7+ years of experience with AJAX, JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, XML/XSL, Flash, ExtJS, jQuery, Dojo• 5 + years in Managing a distributed UI team and developing new UI to release.• Experience with cross platform (MS Windows, Mac OS), cross browser (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome), standards compliant object oriented programming• Experience in building high performance web sites.
