"Sell Your Home Services provides marketing and information solutions to "for sale by owners," landlords, developers, investors, etc. in search of value superior to that of a traditional real estate agency relationship. The owner-operator of Sell Your Home Services held a similar position while he was in school. This role is therefore targeted toward a student’s goals in terms of education, resume material, and compensation. The marketing / sales associate position available will support the company in its exciting growth, aiming to expand from a Massachusetts based service to the national level. Responsibilities will include: - playing an active role in lead generation and sales by reaching out to current home sellers and networking with real estate professionals - coordinating fulfillment of orders including payment processing, document gathering, obtaining property information, and posting property listings - strengthening client relationships through outreach, customer support, and general maintenance of clients’ advertising campaigns - facilitating business referrals within our professional network Additional possibilities based on the applicant’s individual strengths include website development and maintenance, search engine optimization efforts such as Google Adwords campaigns, graphic design, and offering increased versatility in our products through more traditional real estate approaches. Brainstorming and innovation are encouraged.
