By implementing game mechanics across websites, social networks and mobile applications, businesses can engage their users in a more meaningful way and reap tangible business benefits, such as increased customer loyalty and increased time spent on site.   Job Opportunity: The Customer Success Engineer is the support point of contact for customers, additionally a liaison between our Engineering and other key stakeholders for follow up on key issues. You will leverage your technical experience into tactical support solutions for specific customers. During client set up and after implementations you will identify and address any technical issues during the process and see those issues through to resolution. Driving improvements to process inefficiencies is a strength that you bring to the role.
