Employment Type:  Contract Location: Beaverton, OR Duration: 1 year Openings: 1 Target Start Date: Immediately   The nature of the work is focused on the company’s computer and telephony technology tools used to create, store, exchange, and use all forms of information. Performs technical analytics related to advanced data analysis, data mining, and source to target mapping. Creates and maintains complex context process and system diagrams. Work with remote groups such as vendors, other Nike facilities, and or departments to gather and document tactical requirements from the business. Coordinate and communicate functional requirements of business unit and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting advanced functional specs. Conforms to standards, processes, and policies. Applies global process standards to regional technology solutions. Works with systems personnel to implement design. Participates in development of project plan/timeline. Provides input into project mgmt. Communicates project status to mgmt and the business. May create reports and consult on best practice configuration of systems. May configure packaged solutions to unique and complex business requirements. Communicate and document system changes to the business. Translate system functionality into business relevant language. Leads and participates in SME discussions. participates in SME discussions. Responsibilities: Manage a collection of diverse technical environments supporting rapid, agile development workstreams Own/drive configuration management practices that result in stable test environments Implement continuous delivery improvements as specified in continuous delivery work stream Manage change entry and commitments to deliver on requests Execute test data setup and seeding per project requirements Plan and communicate environment deployment schedules and availability Resolve or mitigate cross release dependencies and conflicts Develop and maintain online environment health scorecard Contribute leanings into continuous delivery transformation Drive release pipeline process discipline Implement new environment requests as approved by environment steering committee Skills: Typical Office: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
