Employment Type:  Contract Location: Beaverton, OR Duration: 1 year Openings: 1 Target Start Date: Immediately The nature of the work is focused on defining tools and processes to support overall organizational excellence in program/project management and process definition. Project Resource Mgmt: Develops resource plan and defines and requests resource skill sets (internal and external); Provides feedback on team member performance Project Scope Management: Works with project sponsors and customers to define; business benefits, business requirements, and project scope. Manages change control against scope and it’s impacts to time, cost, and quality Project Time Management: Defines project schedule, manages task assignments, tracks work against schedule Project Cost Management: Facilitates level of effort estimating and develops asset acquisition requirements; tracks and reports on actuals against forecast Project Quality Mgmt: Provides guidance and direction on project methodology and best practices to the company’s standard project methodology; Defines and manages project success/delivery criteria and monitors and reports on the realization of project success against criteria set. Lead the release of world-class consumer-facing web, mobile, device experiences, realizing the work of development teams, program & product management, and creative agencies Drive adoption of Continuous Delivery practices and tools and test automation to increase speed and quality of delivery and overall team agility Lead technology deployment planning with engineering, quality and peers, successfully managing parallel release plans across multiple teams Implement/connect tools to provide automated and reliable release notes Escalation point to solve complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions Manage expectations and risk by leveraging and extending Digital agile framework Find the best solution for the company and lead project delivery, whether the solution option is internal, external development, or a combination Build and maintain relationships to advance Digital capability and vision and pull in the help needed Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and process methodologies. Determine how they might influence our business processes, tools, and systems - what we deliver and how. Skills: 5 -8 years project/program management experience delivering global or regional projects experience with formal project management methodology. Typical Office: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
