"Key Areas of Responsibility • Participating in the annual audit plan and related risk assessments • Evaluating internal controls and interpreting field audit results of internal control weaknesses and lack of compliance with internal procedures and policies which may result in inadequate, inefficient, or ineffective operations • Determining root cause(s) for raised issues, developing practical solutions and value-added recommendations, and concluding as to the effectiveness and efficiency of overall controls and business practices • Effectively communicate with various levels of management throughout the audit process • Reviewing IT audit universe for inclusion or exclusion of IT systems • Participate in gathering and evaluating large amounts of data in a variety of company settings • Coordinate and participate in IT SOX testing • Develop audit working papers in accordance with departmental standards to complete the audit work and to support the audit finding and recommendations to management • Development and utilization of continuous audit tools and techniques Basic Requirements • Bachelor’s degree • Fluency in English (reading, writing and speech) • 3+ years relevant audit experience/an understanding of auditing techniques, including SOX 404 testing • 2+ years experience auditing or working with Oracle ERP financial and operational systems and databases • One professional certification (CISA or CISSP encouraged) • The ability to travel 30-50% (domestic and international) Preferred Requirements • A person who has the ability to be innovative, focused and prepared to take our audit services to a new level • An understanding of Information Technology operations and practices • Strong functional skills, the right blend of business savvy, experience working in a team environment, evaluating policies and internal controls in an environment using emerging technologies, and experience in implementing best practices • Banking and/or regulatory audit background desirable • Strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to think strategically • Superb time management and organization skills • Additional professional certifications (CISA, CISSP, CPA, CIA, CMA), and/or MBA • Foreign language skills are desirable • Experience with continuous auditing and/or continuous monitoring activities and software is highly desirable Please email resumes to rachel.waugaman@rightthinginc.com"
