The ideal candidate must have BS Accounting/Finance, Masters/MBA a plus; CPA/CISA/CISM/CISSP highly desirable; 5+ years of IT audit/ IT/ consulting experience; previous financial services industry experience required; broad understanding of IT (governance, developments, production, security, etc); solid understanding of IT processes and activities; previously acted as a lead/supervisor; very hands-on; working knowledge of a major ERP system, Oracle preferred; the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people required; strong attention to detail and problem-solving and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; and ability to travel 30% (international and domestic); fluency with languages is a plus.
