Well established they have a growing and diverse range of customers benefitting from their broad portfolio of technology solutions. A new, exciting opportunity now exists for a Contracts Manager with exposure to compliance matters to join the team in Abu Dhabi. With experience gained in the IT Sector you must also have the experience to fulfil the following responsibilities - • Drafting, negotiation and closing of contracts. • Working with all company departments to adhere to corporate governance practices, ensuring proper documentation for is in place. • Managing risk in a commercial manner, taking into account client relationships and revenue etc • Performing the work of contract professionals on contract management projects. • Participating in business and strategy meetings, providing input on contractual, financial and compliance strategy/tactics in support of projects, issues and disputes. • Ensuring compliance with corporate contracts and business policies, processes and procedures. • Providing comprehensive contract-related management reporting internally.
