Pharmacovigilance Manager (INTERIM) in London, United Kingdom We have an opening for a top 5 Pharmaceutical company focused on the research and development of innovative medicines and products. They are currently looking for a  Pharmacovigilance Manager (Interim)  This is a unique opportunity to join them for a 12 months period on a contractual basis. They are looking for experienced strong pharmacovigilance professionals with a sense for people management.  As a PV Manager, you will be in charge of a therapeutic area and managing a team of around 10 to 15 people. Your main duties will be:  -          Taking a proactive leadership role within the team -          Accountable for the performance management of direct reports -          Responsible for providing guidance, mentoring and direction to direct reports through clear written and verbal communication skills -          Instilling ownership, initiative and self-accountability in direct repors -          Responsible for interviewing and hiring new professionals for the team -          Responsibly for identifying trends in compliance -          Accountable for monitoring workload and processes, making sure that timelines are met.   I am looking for professionals that meet the following requirements:   -          Expert knowledge in global pharmacovigilance regulatory obligations -          Demonstrated leadership skills in cross-functional teams -          Previous workflow/process coordination -          Excellent leadership skills -          Clear communication skills -          Excellent time management and organisational skills -          Effective team player encouraging collaboration with function groups and management   All applicants must be elegible to work in the UK   To hear more about this or similar positions within Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance contact Ruth on 02034650057 or ruth.sena@hays.com http://bull.hn/l/14D32/5"
