Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Energy SME - Project Manager Needed - Philadelphia, PA $100-115K Executive Staff Recruiters - US Citizens Only Send resumes to ExecutiveStaffRecruiters@hotmail.com Russell Mazelsky posted a job: Energy SME - Project Manager Needed - Philadelphia, PA $100-115K Executive Staff Recruiters - US Citizens Only Send resumes to ExecutiveStaffRecruiters@hotmail.com "Energy SME - Project Manager About this job Relocation: No Roles and Responsibilities - Should at least have 15 years of experience in the testing/IT space - Exceptional people management skills & ability to work in a global work environment - Work collaboratively with sales teams and the Solution Engineering teams to position AppLabs as a value-added partner - Should possess strong business acumen and facilitation skills. - Proven ability to manage multi-million $ contracts deliveries & be adept at negotiating with Clients from a delivery management perspective - Should be flexible in terms of business related travel - Should bring thought leadership in terms of new services & non-linear initiatives within the practice to grow business - Pro-actively build required competencies, build & maintain business relationships with customers - Recent experience must be from one of the India Inc IT service providers (Wipro, Infosys, CTS, TCS) or Major SI (Cap Gemini, IBM, Accenture) or other niche domain specific IT service provider - Excellent communication, presentation skills and good public speaker - Document and analyze the business requirements/ data of customers and translate them to testing specific software requirements. - Awareness in testing skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements. - Evaluate the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis. - High level understanding of technical designs as well as the specifications. - Act as an interface between business teams, technology teams and support teams. - Ability to provide solution which is commercial/ competitive. - Guide and mentor the practice team on functional specs and help them grow and deliver quality output - Mentor the teams and providing guidance as required on functional specifications. - Participate in training and development programs and sessions and conduct learning sessions for members within the firm - Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, partners, and customers to identify and analyze business processes and guide both best practices as well as product enhancements. Qualifications: 10+ to 15 years of experience Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree Willingness to Travel - Often"
