View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/p8indj Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Track weekly and monthly performance in the Master Performance sheet and database · Maintain in database key hedge fund data including assets under management, liquidity terms, fees, capacity and pipeline status · Save to the current funds database all important hedge fund related documents including manager letters, risk reports, research reports, quantitative reports, legal documents and meeting notes · Distribute the Master Performance sheet weekly to portfolio management, research, and advisory · Prepare strategy specific materials for the monthly research and portfolio meeting · Complete quarterly risk templates for a variety of qualitative information and exposures · Write quarterly manager talks based on letters and risk reports provided by each hedge fund · Periodically attend manager meetings and draft meeting notes when applicable · Answer ad hoc requests for the strategy team and other members of the research team · Assist with the scheduling of manager meetings and conference calls Experience / Education / Skills: 1. Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills. 2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle large quantities of information. 3. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously 4. Efficient with Microsoft office with a strong proficiency in Excel 5. Interest in financial markets, hedge funds, and alternative investments 6. MBA graduate preferred"
