The required individual must be proactive, consultative, and technically skilled in Ericsson Charging System nodes. The candidate must have the appropriate soft skills to handling the customer on regular basis. Candidates are needed for Network Operations Center First Level Operations functions HW/SW for Ericsson Charging System 3.x or 4.x or 5.x e.g., SDP, CCN, AIR, VS, MINSAT, IVR and EMM, EMA, CRS/DWS Job requirements: • Eligible candidate must have a minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant Ericsson Charging network operations. • Candidate will be responsible for alarm monitoring and alarm handling of Ericsson Charging nodes SDP, CCN, AIR, VS, MINSAT, IVR and EMM, EMA, CRS/DWS • Candidate will be responsible for first level fault isolations, corrective and preventive maintenance activities. • Candidate to participate and coordinate day-to-day planned activities • Candidate will be responsible for technical and management escalations. • Candidate will work in shifts 24x7 as per assigned shift roasters. • Candidate is expected to have basic relative telecom trainings • Candidate will create performance reports on daily, weekly and monthly • Candidate will report to the assigned team leads.
