Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: MS CRM Dynamics Developer,London,UK Shashidhar Marni posted a job: MS CRM Dynamics Developer,London,UK "The job spec is as below: Responsibilities The CRM developers will have the following responsibilities: • To collate business and technical requirements for systems such as data stored, data migration and mapping. • To define the approach for the security of data and CRM services; collate and configure the roles and permissions required • To work within an Agile process, developing the CRM system for frequent regular release to business users • To operate within the standards and best practices defined for Microsoft Dynamics CRM product. • To create data cleansing processes and analyse the requirements for the remediation approach and effort • To work with the web team to deliver the online services • The CRM Developer(s) will report to the project manager on progress made, flagging any issues that arise at the earliest opportunity. Capabilities The CRM Developer(s) shall be able to demonstrate the following: • Experience with migration of data from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Proven hands-on track record in the technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including: o Typical end-user CRM customisations o Development of CRM UI enhancements with ASP.NET and JavaScript o Development of CRM plug-ins and workflows with .NET o Experience of SQL and an understanding of how CRM stores data o Experience of securing data and behaviour, allowing role-based access where necessary o Configuration and deployment of CRM within an existing enterprise environment o Integration with other IT systems • Experience of the full software development lifecycle and process, including: o Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation o Delivery of training / demonstrations of the system o Unit, integration and system testing, preferably using automated tools o Source code control, automation, configuration management and defect management • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM v4 is essential although 2011 would be beneficial Please forward your resumes at cvmarni@gmail.com Thanks, Shasidhar"
