Projects include learning and development and talent and performance management. Title: Project Manager HR Location: New York, NY Type: Contract (Corp to Corp or W2) Rate: DOE Duration: 6-15 months Job ID: 1701-038PMHR JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: - Working with various areas of HR to create and maintain the project CBA - Create and maintain a project plan for all project tasks. - Publishing a MS Project plan for time entry. Includes monitoring and accepting all time logged to the project. - Status reporting to the Program Manager and sponsors - Documenting and escalating any changes in scope - Communication with project team and stakeholders - Ensuring project artifacts required by the PMO are created, signed off and stored on the project website - Oversight of the project SharePoint site Project Management Skills: - Experience and thorough understanding of the PMI-based Project Management Life Cycle - Lead project team to deliver business and technical objectives on-time, within budget and to specification - Create MS Project schedule using Dynamic Scheduling, and utilize the schedule to communicate and manage the work - Report status, issues and risks according to PMO processes and schedule - Prepare project for governance gate approvals - Demonstrated experience in managing projects in risk and dependency rich environment - Proven experience driving projects to meet target dates Personal Skills: - Comfortable relaying project details to “C” level senior management - Engage directly with internal business clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into delivery plans - Collaborate with other project and program managers to manage project interdependencies - Establish positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders and team members - Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts, address issues and conduct pro’s and con’s evaluations toward resolution - Develop and gain agreement with stakeholders on project plans and budgets About MicroAgility: (An Award Winning Business and Technology Consultancy) MicroAgility is a business and technology consulting company.
