At least two or more of those years of experience in home goods experience preferred. Strong knowledge of product development required. Skills and Abilities: Ability to provide a marketing vision and strategic direction for new home goods products, and to convert these into effective marketing programs. Minimum five years experience in marketing brand management, including the successful development and launch of new products. Prior experience with home goods products, computer industry related experience preferred. Ability to excel in a cross functional team environment. Proficient computer skills, MS Office programs. Excellent written and oral communication skills (strong presentation skills desired). Must be able to plan and prioritize work to achieve goals.
