The expert has to ensure the security and enhance the performance of the database. Determines how tables relate to each other and how fields interact within the tables for a relational model. This is a permanent position and the wage is generous. Tasks • Administering, creating, maintaining and monitoring internal databases • Documenting server access for all systems, and establishing backup and restore procedures • Performing capacity planning, and managing system and database configuration changes • Conducting performance tuning • Managing the system security and ensuring disaster recovery plans are in place • Enforcing security and access control for any product • Planning, performing and documenting installation qualifications • Installing, maintaining and monitoring software and hardware, while troubleshooting technical problems as they arise • Performing code and design review and assisting in operational and performance qualification • Assisting on product development, based on software, hardware and implementation requirements • Creating and maintaining Technical Support work instructions and procedures • Researching new technologies • Preparing requests for proposals and information • Facilitating knowledge transfer between products and clients Requirements • At least 2 years of Oracle 10g or 11g database. • SQL/PLSQL development and SQL performance tuning experience • Shell Script • backup/restore/recovery knowledge and experience • Bilingual • Detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline Interested candidates provide updated word format resumes at "jasonp@itunlock.com" or call at (1)(514) 907-5750 As soon as possible.
