By automating the monitoring and collection processes around trade credit transactions, the technology enables small businesses to make confident credit decisions and collect their receivables in an easier, quicker and effective way. The company has just raised a Series A round of funding, this is an excellent time to come on board. Description: We are recruiting for a Chief Technology Officer who will lead the tech development of the entire platform, including both backend and front‐end functionalities (data and business logic), as well as secure interconnection technologies with third party transaction systems. The CTO will be actively coding and will also be leading the technical recruiting process. Proven execution records to tight deadlines and high quality output, using project management tools and methods, will be required. Close interaction with all team members on a daily basis, including the business team, the product manager as well as a team of engineers is also needed. Effective communication and collaboration skills are therefore essential. Required Experience and Skills: - Experience developing and managing web applications - Hands on Development/Architecture (.net ideally) - Experience with rapid development and project management methodologies, platforms and tools - Experience in end‐to‐end prototyping and production level code - Previous experience in managing teams in a startup environment - Computer science degree from a competitive institution - Credit and payment processing systems experience is a plus Compensation: Includes base salary, equity, and healthcare benefits.
