Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: PeopleSoft HCM T&L / Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant - Washington, DC (on-site only) Rita Dhanavade posted a job: PeopleSoft HCM T&L / Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant - Washington, DC (on-site only) "Berean Group is seeking PeopleSoft HCM T&L / Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Washington, DC (on-site only) Duration: 3 month Contract-to-hire Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Job Responsibilities: • Member of a highly motivated, dynamic, strong functional and technical development team supporting PeopleSoft HCM. • Must have the ability to work independently and unsupervised • Have a flexible approach to work with ensured closure of tasks • Have the ability to think 'outside the box' • Must be proficient in the design, development, and implementation of business processes and packaged software solutions. • Have a ?can-do attitude and an ability to make pragmatic and practical decisions - without compromising the integrity of the IT system. • Have strong communication and project management skills along with solid functional knowledge with PeopleSoft HCM. • Responsible for working with a global delivery team (off-shore and/or near-shore resources), coordinating work efforts and ensuring project delivery dates are met on time and within budget • Responsible for successful delivery of PeopleSoft technology/process deliverables • This role oversees the implementation planning, fit gap analysis, application configuration, quality assurance testing (creating thorough test scripts and test case scenarios) and production support of enhancements and break/fix activity • The role is responsible for ensuring the PeopleSoft system is operating efficiently • The role provides functional and technical knowledge to the business and transforms business needs into detailed specifications from which programs will be written. • Ensure service level agreements are met • Ensure change control, standards and processes are adhered to. Required Skills: • Minimum 10+ yrs PeopleSoft HCM experience.
