"Job Title: Account Manager - IT Staffing Location: Melville, NY Duration: Full time NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE Description: Developing, implementing sales strategies, expanding current business and identifying new opportunities within the IT Government staffing and solutions marketplace and your specified geographic region. Identify client's technical staffing needs and provide staffing solutions by utilizing a consultative sales approach. Sell IT government staff augmentation, project, and recruiting Solutions to new and existing clients through cold calling, outbound sales presentations, and networking activities. The ability to demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment You will need a minimum of two years' sales experience in the staffing or related industry preferably in the IT or technical sectors A track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals coupled with a positive attitude, solid work ethic and a strong desire to succeed in building your business will help make you successful in this role Present qualified candidates to key persons, coordinate communication and interviews between client and candidates.
