View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/ooEX8D Job Description: Responsibilities will include: • Managing and leading the financial analysis and customer presentation process • Researching federal and state PV incentive programs and incorporating in analysis • Assisting in various types of research, with a focus in the commercial real estate sector • Helping to develop and implement a long term marketing strategy • Interacting with customers to assist in presenting detailed analysis and value propositions • Exploring strategic growth opportunities across geographies, and new customer and market segments Required Skills: You must be passionate about the renewable energy business, be willing to work extremely hard, and thrive in the fast pace of an early stage company with tremendous growth potential. In addition, you must possess: • Proven ability to quickly and accurately run complex financial models using thoughtful assumptions • The creativity to transform raw data into presentations with an eye on design and accurately, while conveying the intended value proposition • Proven ability to work both as a team and independently • Outstanding attention to detail • Proven track-record of supporting large-scale energy, infrastructure or real estate projects • Detailed understanding of commercial real estate Experience and Education Requirements: • Minimum 2 years finance, real estate, infrastructure or energy project development professional experience • Graduate degree in business, real estate or energy looked upon favorably (not required) • Proven success working in a transactional, high pressure environment • Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills • Experience with Salesforce a plus • Desire to play a key role building an innovative green company"
