Job Purpose: The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the President, Revenue Cycle Technologies. Role Qualifications: Must have the ability to work in an environment that requires quick turnaround, poise, and skill with frequent interaction with senior management and external business partners requiring diplomacy, problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and professionalism. This position requires confidentiality, initiative, and sound decision making. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Performs standard, advanced, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and procedures. • Collect, review, analyze, and distribute data and reports for special projects and business reports. • Provide administrative support to the President, including calendars, coordinating conference calls, meetings, travel, preparing expense reports, composing correspondence. • Provides support for Presidents meetings and functions. • Generate PowerPoint presentations for President as required. • Operates a PC and appropriate software packages. • Performs other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned. Minimum Knowledge, Competencies, & Qualifications: • 5+ years experience supporting C-Level executives • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Adheres to MedAssets core values: Compassion, character, confidence, and commitment. • Must operate effectively in the MedAssets environment, and the environment of the work group.
