The Portfolio Consultant is a key role within the company in that it allows the project teams the ability to focus on client efforts while having effective support. The role provides opportunity for growth in responsibility dependent on the demonstrated drive and capability of the individual who takes on the Portfolio Consultant role. This roles is a contracted position with the company. Key Accountabilities: Typical responsibilities for this role include the following: o Scheduling and facilitation of meetings o Document formatting and revision o Presentation creation o Industry & project topic research o Division or management team administrative support o Taking minutes/notes on calls o Updating / maintaining sales tracking documents o Updating/maintaining project plans o Communications follow-up & support (e-mails & calls) Additional Growth Opportunities: The role offers additional opportunities for professional growth including the following: o Survey or marketing materials creation o Article/white paper contributions o Project implementation & coordination o Business travel and sitting in on client meetings o Conference and event planning or attendance Job Function: Administrative & Support Service, Communications - Media, Computers - Information Systems, Consulting, Engineering, Sales Qualifications: The person in this role must possess a high level of energy, be personally self-motivated, take initiative and have impeccable level of accountability. Specific educational and technical qualifications would include the following: o Pursuit or completion of a Bachelor's Degree o Computer literacy o Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite include Excel, Word, PowerPoint o Familiarity with Microsoft Project o Relevant areas of study include Information Technology, Technology Management, Telecommunications, Data Center, Disaster Recovery or Marketing related area of study, or experience. o Ability to work in a contract position."
