New associates will also be provided with senior mentorship throughout. The right tools are provided to help you build a portfolio of business. To that end, financial analysts, marketing and research professionals and administrative support staff work as part of your team. Responsibilities: - Higher level of responsibility in business development - Effectively structure transactions from conception to finalization - Present proposals and offers - Assess and underwrite investment opportunities - Conduct and maintain relationships with industry and trade associations, vendors and professional organizations - Database management - Research and collect comparable sales statistics analysis on Market, Neighborhoods and Investment properties Requirements: - BA, BS, MBA or J.D. preferred - Strong interest in real estate investment and sales - Excellent analytical & reasoning ability - Aggressive, competitive and action-motivated work approach - Excellent managerial and problem-solving skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Comfortable with Internet-based research - Strong work ethic - NYS Salesperson License preferred but can obtain after start date"
