Other responsibilities include: Work with staff and designated compliance officers in US/EMEA/Asia-Pac to understand regulatory and board reporting requirements for each country in which the firm operates. Develop knowledge of compliance structure, company policies, procedures and best practices, and regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions. Develop consistent reporting formats for global filings and board reports. Develop automated capability to provide relevant information and maintain record keeping for compliance regulatory filings, including NRSRO filings. Develop process for ensuring consistency in representations made in global filings. Maintain worldwide compliance calendar for regulatory and board reporting requirements. Support designated compliance officer needs for all regulatory requests and examinations. Reports to the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer/MD Global Compliance and Investigations. Qualifications 10-15 years working in a compliance, legal or audit organization in a regulated financial services company Minimum 5 years experience providing support for regulatory filings and/or examinations Staff management experience required Strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be able to manage competing priorities while delivering high quality results Experience working in a global regulatory environment preferred Bachelors Degree Required; Advanced Degree (JD, MBA) preferred For more information please submit your resume to Info@compliancesearch.com"
